Full timers get health and up to two weeks paid days off. Management are usually professionals with strong retail backgrounds, well trained, and usually knowledgeable about everything in the store. The only downside is it can take several weeks to receive the items. The selection varies every month/year, but it's something cool to check on. They let me set my days and hours (Within reason), and I never had a time off request denied as long as you submit it properly (Usually two weeks in advance, if not further). * Very Flexible with Part Time - Most managers are willing to work with you changing availability, as I did while working there during college. It's excellent if you are a college student, retired, or otherwise need a second job, but terrible for a full time position.
