Rear joint has been repaired with a black leather strip, roughly cut around bands, rear end-paper is missing. Two coloured maps, Decorated Family Records pages are blank.

Covers are basically detached, Front internal hinge is hinged at Title, Rear internal hinge is broken, has wear, soil. The interior pages are very Good with very light tanning and the frontispiece has about half of its tissue.

With a little work, this could again be a very beautiful book. A previous owner tried to tape it with scotch type tape to no avail. Leather Corners worn through, Leather spine covering has deteriorated and fallen to pieces.
